Send us the address and a few clear photos and we do a preliminary read on your sidewalk at no charge. A licensed inspector then visits within three business days to confirm it in person. You do not need to be there, and you owe nothing unless the sidewalk passes.

Documentation & Certification
One all in price, charged only once your sidewalk is approved. You get the official compliance document for your escrow file or permit application, and we file it with the City on your behalf. Nothing is added later.

Repairs + Documentation
If the inspection turns up cracked or lifted slabs, we send a written estimate for the work with no obligation to book it. Take the quote to another contractor if you would rather. Whoever ends up doing the repair, we handle the certification and the City paperwork once it is finished.
